We can assist with all your conveyancing needs be it simple or complex and are happy to provide a fixed fee quote where the scope of instructions can be determined.
That is a really good question - some work I can quote as a fixed fee and other work is based on hourly rates. I only accept instructions where I can give you an estimate of costs so that there are no surprises. If am not the right lawyer to help you, I will let you know so that can find a better option.
I choose not to offer this service but I am happy to have a brief chat to see if I am suited to the work you want done and if so, we can make an appointment to proceed.
It depends on the type of work and the scope of the instructions but I will let you know before I complete any work on your behalf and that you will charged for.
